What is Lumis?
Lumis pairs you with Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and Epictetus as AI mentors for daily reflection and journaling. The philosophers are AI, powered by Anthropic's Claude. Lumis is a philosophical reflection tool — not medical or mental-health advice.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Lumis, and cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your journal entries, conversations, and profile. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in iPhone Settings first so you are not billed again.
